Rates for Electrolysis

New Clients:

All new clients are required to have a consultation appointment prior to any treatment; a paid session can be added on when booking. The consultation requires completing the Health History Assessment when booking.

Appointments:

All treatments require an appointment, no walk-ins.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

We understand that life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to make any changes to your scheduled session. If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your appointment, you will not be charged any fees.

For cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.

No-shows, where a client does not show up or cancel a scheduled appointment before start of appointment time, will be charged the full price of the missed session. Future appointments will not be allowed until the fee is paid. Multiple missed appointments will result in future appointments being denied.

Late arrivals will be charged for their full scheduled appointment time, but the appointment will end at the original scheduled time.

Payments:

Payment is due at the time of treatment.

We do not accept or bill insurance, but we’re happy to provide a detailed invoice for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
